This is the area between 26th Avenue and Glenmore Trail, and between Crowchild Trail and Sarcee Trail.
Glenbrook is the area north of Richmond Road, jsut east of Sarcee Trail. Glamorgan is
the area south of Richmond Road and west of 37th Street SW, while Lincoln Park is the area around Mount Royal College, east of 37th Street. These communities have a mix of single family, townhomes, and low-rise apartments. They are close to both the Glenmore Reservoir and Mount Royal College. Much of this neighbourhood dates back to the 1960s and 1970s.
Schools
This is a mature community with a full range of schools in the area, with full range of schools with both the public and Catholic boards at all grade levels. Mount Royal College is easily accessible at the east side of the community.
Shopping
There are a number of stores along 37th Street in a couple of plazas. Richmond Square is at Sarcee and Richmond Rd and Westhills Shopping Centre, kitty-corner to Richmond Square has attracted the major retail, dining and entertainment names.
Recreation
This community has a full range of athletic facilities. There are a golf courses on the eastern edge of the community. The Glenmore Reservoir recreational pathways are easily accessible to the south of the community There is an indoor ice arena at Optimist Park on Sarcee Trail, and an indoor pool at Mount Royal College. The closest movie theatre is the multiplex cinema at Westhills.
Homes
The community is mostly single family homes, with some multi-unit condominiums along Richmond Rd and immediately west of Mount Royal COllege
