The Gahan House Brewery, Pub & Mercantile (126 Sydney Street 626-2337 )was opened in 1997 as Lonestar Brewing Co. first renamed Murphy's Brewing Co. and then to its curent name. Available for groups of 4-12, our Brewery Tour explains the complete brewing process. The tours are given by Trent Hayes, Brewmaster, or his assitant brewer, Sidney Lund. Your tour also includes samples of our on-tap handcrafted ales.
