Etobicoke is a pretty part of Toronto, with rivers on two sides and the Lake on the south. To the west of Etobicoke along the shores of Lake Ontario are natural splendours that include the Niagara Escarpment, and to the east are the delights of the Greater Toronto Area.

Etobicoke is a mixed urban/suburban communities stretching from Lake Ontario past Pearson Airport, and has a range of major shopping streets including Lake Shore Boulevard and The Queensway in the south, the Bloor/Dundas areas in the middle, and Weston Rd and Rexdale in the north. The community's largest mall is Sherway Gardens in the south, though there are many other malls and plazas around the community.
