Wendel's Books Cafe, in Langley The Fraser Valley is the major transportation route to the BC interior, as it has been for the past 150 years. This means that many establishmetns are geared to the traveller and the trucker.

To some, this means "greasy spoons" and truck stop cafes, but these days it means that the coastal influences of Starbuck's, Seattle's Best, and the rugged Canadian influences of Second Cup and Grabbajabba are abound. Local influences intermingle to provide many community focused coffee joints around the Valley, each with their own twist.
