This area lies on the south bank of the Saint John River between the Agriculture Canada Research Station and the Fredericton Airport. This community lies very accessible to the Trans-Canada Highway #2.

The area is not far, via highway to the city's shopping malls along Prospect Street, including Regent Mall, the city's largest.
Recreation
The area has much green space particularly along the Saint John River and the Trans-Canada Trail that connects to both Fredericton and to Oromocto.

This area has about 6,000 residents. There is two manufactured/mobile home trailer parks in the community.
