VIA Rail connects pasengers to the rest of Canada, as well as to Amtrak in the US, at various points. VIA Rail (902-494-7900) has three stops in the province, entering from New Brunswick with its first stop at Amherst, another stop at Truro, and ending at Halifax's CN Station at Barrington & Cornwallis Streets.
