There is lots to see around Nova Scotia. Its's "Canada's Ocean Playground!" Head up the coast toward Cape Breton, across the Canso Causeway, the world's deepest. Or head west to experience the majesty of the 50 foot (16 metre) Fundy tides or the 300+ year history of the Annapolis Valley. Or head south to experience the quaint seacoast fishing villages, from Peggy's Cove to Lunenburg (shown) down to Yarmouth, where you can catch a ferry to Maine..

Take the ferry or the bridge across the harbour to visit Dartmouth. Once a separate city, now merged into the new regional municipality, it has many interesting areas and is best known for its many lakes and ponds.
