Concession Street 905-383-2344 This is Hamilton mountain's original business district, offering great views from Sam Lawrence Park, as well as a variety of dining and shopping east from there. This street also hosts Concession Streetfest, free fun for the whole family, first Saturday each June. 
West HamiltonThere are a number of shopping streets, just west of downtown and linked together, but each with their own identity and character:Hess Village on George St, west of Convention Centre In downtown Hamilton, Hess Village is one of Hamilton's exciting hotspots, with a vibrant patio scene and a selection of casual and fine dining, as well as galleries, shops and professional services. King Street West Starting two blocks west of the Sheraton Hotel and Convention Centre. 905-529-8199 This downtown neighbourhood has a wide selection of dining, bars, as well as shopping for clothing and personal services. Locke Street South - LoSo 905-524-1972 Minutes from downtown, Locke Street offers a number of cafes and purveyors of innovative cuisine, interspersed with antique and specialty shops. 
Main West Esplanadefrom Dundurn to Queen, in West Hamilton 905-719-6992 Good variety of dining, galleries, fashion, spas and professional services. Westdale Village Main Street West, near McMaster University 905-526-6134 This area is busy particularly from the thousands of McMaster University students who frequent its restaurants, bars and shops Nearby HamiltonDowntown Dundas905-627-6738 Visit the small historic town of Dundas, nestled in the picturesque Dundas Valley, and enjoy the tree-lined streets, 19th century buildings, its culture and recreation facilities, and over 100 restaurants, shops, and services. 
Stoney Creek Village905-662-4014 King Street in Stoney Creek has strong ties to the past with historic Battlefield House Museum and Park waiting to be explored. From there, meander into the old village and experience Stoney Creek where you will find a better choice of restaurants and shopping. Don't forget to stop at Stoney Creek Dairy for a real dessert break. Waterdown 905-690-3744 Waterdown is a quaint and desirable village with picturesque and warm tearooms and cafes as well as shops for antiques, hobbies and clothing.
