46 acre park overlooks Cedar Bay with outdoor picnic pavilion, tennis courts, baseball field, sand beach, washrooms, and horse show rings which host Port Colborne Saddle Club events.

Chippawa Creek Conservation Area & Campground
West of Welland on Regional Rd. 45, Wainfleet, and ON L0S 1V0

Features a man made reservoir, Dils Lake, with swimming, canoeing, camping, hiking, nature appreciation, playground and two handicapped fishing piers. Open Victoria Day Weekend to Last Sunday in September. Reservations are necessary for camping and pavilion rental.

Waterfront park overlooking Sugarloaf Harbour and Gravelly Bay. Outdoor picnic pavilion, wading pool and washrooms. and site of numerous community events including Canada Day Celebration, Ethnic Day, Canal Days Kite Festival, Tuesday night car cruisin" and Thursday night concerts. Long Beach Conservation Area & Campground

Over 900 metres of sandy beach and 56 hectares of groomed hiking trails through open areas & natural forest.

Morgan's Point Conservation Area
Morgan's Point Road, Wainfleet
(just south of Lakeshore Road)
Lakefront bedrock shoal outcrop, sand dunes, tall grass meadow, woodlot and open areas with hiking trails.

Mud Lake
Hwy 3 to Regional Road 23, south on Elm St., Port Colborne

This wetland is beside the old Welland Canalm with short trails to observation sites for watching migratory birds.

Nickel Beach
Welland Street south to Lake Street
A mile long white sand Lake Erie with sand dune formations and a nearby stand of Carolinian Forest. The Unsupervised public beach has shaded picnic areas, washrooms, and a canteen. Open daily Victoria Day to Labour Day, 9am-8pm, weather permitting. Admission charge.

Sherkston Shores Resort
Empire Road off Hwy #3
One of North America largest privately owned campgrounds, with over two miles of beaches, Quarry Lake, giant water slide, mini golf, tennis, picnic groves, water sport rentals, horseback riding, big screen theatre, and licensed restaurant. Admission charge.

Talbot Trail
The trail winds nearly 2000 kilometres from Windsor to Fort Erie with the Wainfleet and Port Colborne sections following Highway 3, where hikers can enjoy the scenery and the Carolinian forests.

Wainfleet Wetlands
Wilson Rd. just west of Port Colborne, Wainfleet
(south of Hwy 3 on Quarrie Road)
This 179-hectare park has wetlands, woodlots, and two large abandoned limestone quarries now flooded. Short trails lead to quarry ponds where bass can be observed.

Lift Bridge in Port Colborne, along route of Welland Canal Trail Welland Canals Trail
This stone dust trail along the Welland Canal connects Welland to Sugarloaf Harbour in Port Colborne. Sections continuing from Port Colborne to Fort Erie are still under construction.
