Condo Overview
The property is a new 2300 sq. ft. three-level condominium with a south west exposure,
which can sleep 6 people comfortably and includes the following:
Exterior Description:
The condo is one of a three-plex, situated on the north end of the building. As such it enjoys a large deck situated on the west side of the condo. The deck orientation affords views north west and south west up and down the Columbia Valley. A stand of pine trees provides a natural barrier west of the condominium complex.
A ground level walkout patio is accessed from the lower level floor. Views to the south east afford sights of South Radium and the Columbia Valley.
| Interior Description:
The unit can be entered through the garage, the front door or the rear walkout doorway. The garage is equipped with generous storage space for bikes, golf clubs and water sport equipment. A workbench is available for equipment tune-ups.
The garage is connected to the laundry room with a two-step access. The laundry is equipped with a full sized, stackable washer and dryer. The room has an abundance of wall hooks for drying of day use items and wire shelving for miscellaneous items.
The adjoining kitchen, on the Main Level is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. All normal kitchen utensils, pots, pans and dishes are provided. A six-person dinner table adorns the open concept dining room. The living room, also part of the open concept plan, has a fireplace, couch, love seat and one single seat. A compact stereo is available for playing CDs. A den with futon couch, small desk and office chair is great for laptop's home away from home and/or extra sleeping room ideal for kids is located on the same level, as is a half bath.

The Upper Level contains the master bedroom with large dual closets and a spectacular westward view. The master has a private entry to the shared bathroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub, separate shower, toilet and sink. A second bedroom is situated on the same level, its views are eastward and look out toward the pool and hot tub. The second bedroom has a walk-in closet and a TV with cable and a VCR.

The Lower Level has an entertainment center with a TV with cable, a DVD player and a VCR. It also has two couches one of which is a queen pull-out bed. The Lower Level bathroom is a three piece with a shower.

Condominium Amenities
The condominium complex has a 25' x 50' heated swimming pool. The pool is fenced. This pool does not provide a lifeguard and reaches a maximum depth of 5.5'. The pool area also has a ten-person hot tub, male and female change/washrooms and an outdoor shower. Pool seating is provided, as is a grassy area for blankets, towels and personal sunbathing. Pool hours are from 9am to 10pm. Kids often play on the grass outside of the pool fence.
