Regina home neighbourhoods: Rosemont / Coventry Place
These communities are mostly small two-bedroom bungalows, suitable for young couples and retirees. The style is somewhat dated. The community is close-in to Regina, and particularly close to Regina Exhibition Park. The south end of this quiet community is bounded by Wascana Creek, and the recreational pathways in the parklands beside the Creek.
Schools
The community has two public elementary schools and two Catholic schools, and Martin High School. The community is also home to the Canadian Theological Seminary and the Canadian Bible College, The Luther College, and the SIAST ESL (English as a Second Language ) Centre. To the south west is the RCMP training school, as well as its F Division Headquarters.
Shopping
Shoppers generally head to the Rosemont Shopping Centre Mall, or up McCarthy to Normandview Mall. Downtown shopping is also relatively close-by.
Recreation
The community is bounded on the south by the Wascana Creek recreational pathway, linking AE Wilson Park to the west with Wascana Centre to the south east. The community also has an ice arena, the Rick Hansen optimist Playground on its western edge. Across Dewdney is Pioneer Village, Government House, the RCMP Centennial Museum and Regina Exhibition Park. Two golf courses are just south of the neighbourhood, just north of the airport lands.

The houses in these neighbourhoods are generally smaller detached bungalows, duplexes, and townhouses. House prices in Rosemont range from $30,000 to $84,000, and in Coventry Place range from $30,000 to $84,000.
