Sports: Ice Rinks and Arenas

There are a number of places to go skating (or play hockey) in the Rockies: Canmore's Rec Centre

  • Canmore, Banff and Jasper all have indoor ice arenas for year-round skating
  • In the winter time, Canmore has several outdoor community ice rinks, as do Banff and Jasper.
  • Lake Louise has skating on the surface of the Lake, beside the Chateau Lake Louise.
