Home:Westmount / Mayfair
This community in north-west Saskatoon, north of 22nd St., and between Circle Dr and Idylwyld Drive. It includes the neighbourhoods of (from north to southwest): Mayfair, Westmount, Hudson Bay Park, and Mount Royal. The community is just west of downtown, with excellent access to the City's main shopping centres. The community has mainly middle-aged homes, and has excellent proximity to the airport. There is a lot of resettlement as young couples/families move in and are really sprucing up these old neighbourhoods! this coupled with the building of seniors residential projects is having quite an impact on areas beautifully situated close to the river and the park like areas of the old San and Holiday Park Golf/Camp. Schools The community has three public elementary schools and two Catholic elementary schools. The community has high schools for both public and Catholic boards, and a public library. 
Shopping
Shoppers generally head downtown to the Bayside Centre and Midtown Plaza. Residents also have the option of heading west on 22nd St. to Westgate Plaza or the larger Confederation Park Mall. Recreation Within the community there are several mid-sized parks, two with running tracks, and an outdoor pool. Just to the east is the year-round Harry Bailey Aquatic Centre and The Sands Golf Dome. The nearest actual golf course is to the south at Holiday Park. Homes The majority of houses in Westmount and Mayfair are middle-aged homes with below average lot sizes. And bungalows. House prices range from Community Map
