This area is the south shore of Conception Bay from Topsail Park south to Holyrood, and includes the neighbourhoods of Topsail, Chamberlains, Manuels, Foxtrap, Greeleytown, Peachytown, Kelligrews, Upper Gullies, Hopewell, Lance Cove, Seal Cove, Indian Pond.
Schools
Fred Kirby in Foxtrap, Queen Eleizabeth Regional High on the Foxtrap Access Rd (Rte 61), and Holy Spirit High School for the Catholic students. There is a library in Manuels and Avalon Community College on the Conception Bay Hwy (Rte 60)

CBS Stadium (Arena), beaches at Indian Pond, Lance Cove, Long Pond, Chamberlains and Topsail, marinas at Foxtrap Head and at Long Pond, the Newfoundland T'Railway running along the coastline of much of the community, connecting it to St John's. Several larger parks including Conception Bay South Municipal Park and Topsail Beach Park
