Computers: Clip Art Resources

Web Designers constantly face the challenge of creating colourful and graphically oriented web sites for their clients. Where do you go for ideas? Where can you get some images for the cost-concious client? What can you do when your time is too tight? The answer for some is clip art, pre-drawn images that can be used in web design. Some sources are free, and some require a payment.

When using clip art, the challenge a web designer has is to use an image that is GOOD without being over-used or "obviously clip art". Somthimes clip art images are a very good starting point, which - with a few modifications - can become an original-looking graphic for a web site or print piece.
