This venue, used for major sports events, rock concerts and trade shows, is on the southeast corner of downtown, where it touches False Creek. The stadium has a capacity of 59,687 with another 600 luxury box seats. Seat differs with the activity: concerts: 53014, basketball 28931, boxing 28611, football 58208, baseball 55818. The indoor venue has 247,000 sq ft of exhibit area, and for games is covered with artificial turf. It has a banquet capacity of 5000, has 34 concessions, and 14 meeting rooms with a capacity of 10 -800.
