This facility, run by Vancouver Parks & Rec, has an Arena which seats 2990 (2390 permanent and 600 portable) and offers different seating arrangements for different kinds of events: concerts 3642, ice event 2390, basketball 2600, boxing 3000. The venue has a 15200 sq ft concrete floor area and a 50'ceiling, and a meeting room with 25-50 capacity. There is a 190' x 85, ice rink, a 24' x 48' permanent stage, 220V electical and a 15' x18' freight door.
