This nnon-alcoholic facility includes an arena and a ballpark, right in downtown New Westminster. The Arena seats 4300 (3500 permanent 800 portable) and has configurations for different events: concerts: 4300, ice event: 3500 boxing 4200. The facility has a 42' ceiling, and includes a 185' x 85' ice rink and a meeting/banquet room with 135 capacity. There is 300W electrical, 1000 lb/sq ft load limit.
