A little further west are View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Metchosin, and finally the pretty waterfront community of Sooke. You can also head up the Saanich Peninsula, through Saanich, past Elk Lake to Central Saanich, the community of Brentwookd Bay (home to the famous Butchart Gardens), and further north to North Saanich and Sidney.
