Tourist information for York Region, Ontario

There is lots to see and do around in the York Region's various communities. Enjoy the watersports on Lake Simcoe. You can visit a museums, lots of parks and waterfront greenspace, and activities and sports to keep anybody busy (and happy). We even have a page that has tips on hundreds of things to do with kids.

There's lots to do, very nearby. Yo can explore the recreational trails in the region, some of which include the Bruce Trail, connecting Tobermory with Niagara Falls, and some are part of the Trans-Canada Trail system. You can also head south to Toronto, and the various FoundLocally sites that provide local information there.
