There are 6 curling rinks and clubs in the Niagara Falls area, each with a league, as well as inter-club play. To learn diving, contact the Brock Niagara Diving Club (St. Catharines (905-688-5550) or contact the local Parks & Recreation department or local swimming pool. Football Football leagues are hopping late summer into the fall. Take a class or enquire about one-on-one instruction from the golf pro. There are a number of nature trails in Conservation areas, as well as major hiking along the Bruce Trail, the Niagara Recreational Trail (between Niagara on the Lake and Fort Erie), the Friendship Trail (From Fort Erie to Crystal Beach), the Lakeshore Trail in St Catharines, and the Welland Canal Trail between Port Colborne and St Catharines. There are plenty of interesting rocks around town, though experienced climbers head to several spots along the Niagara Escarpment.
