The venue has 19,500 sq ft of floor area with a 49' ceiling (100 lbs/sq ft load max). there is a 60' x 40' portable stage, a 14' x 14 freight door, and 400A/200A electrical.   The arena is home to the Western Hockey League Kelowna Rockets and has seating for 8000 (5800 permanent and 2200 portable, plus 30 luxury seats.) Seating limits vary by event type: concerts 8000, ice event 7000, basketball 7000, boxing 8000.   This venue has two facilities: the Auditorium and the Civic Arena. The Auditorium seats 900, has a 50' by 28' permanent stage a 50' by 3' proscenium, 2 dressing rooms, 6 lines, and 220V 200A electrical. The Vernon Civic Arena has 2252 seats, with banquet seating for 750, 2 meeting rooms with capacity for 80-180. The floor has an area of 14400 sq ft with an 80' x 180' ice rink with concrete floor, a 22' ceiling, a 14' by 14' freight door, and 220V 400A electrical.
