"I was very unhappy today when I went to get lunch here. I went through drive thru where there was this very rude lady who was working. She was wearing a black sweater had a LONG braid (Hope her hair isn''t in my food) , not very tall, and slightly overweight. She was not happy to serve me in drive true. Would be nice to see a smile on workers faces. Then when I was going to eat I noticed she gave me the wrong order (fries instead of onion rings). I went back to correct my order and decided to go in the restaurant, and she looked angry to see me. There was a man in the back cooking with a Santa hat on, the only one not in a uniform, very unprofessional all employees should wear uniform. Not once when I was there did I see him wash his hands. Isn''t this how the E. Coli in North Bay spread!? "

"my friend got some take out last night and when she got home her chicken burgers were raw....no kidding red from the freezer new saw the fryer...whats up with that, are they trying to poison people? when she went back to the store to complain, the employee told her to f#$% off and gave her the finger!! i''m sure this is not over yet. As if you sell raw chicken..."

"This was the most horrible dining experience I have ever had. The owner was obnoxious ... didn''t have enough chicken dinners for a Saturday night and was rude when I asked if his restaurant allowed me to bring in my own wine. Also, would not allow me to bring in a birthday cake. He opened the box in the kitchen and returned it to me saying that it was against health regulations to bring in a cake with nuts. Owner is rude and arrogant and I will never eat there again and I have told my friends about his behaviour too. That evening I spent over 500.00 and had eight invited guests with me and you can be sure my guests will never visit his establishment either."

"Had retirement party for 100 people they ran out of food for at least 20 people made it up with over cooked ribs. Charged 270$ for tips, all they did was pick up dirty dishes. Did not want to make big fuss that night...step-dad went couple of days later told them he was not impress with(since he paid the bill). Owner called me to "complain" about the visit. Told her that I was not totally satisfied but what was done is done...owner offered ME 20% of a meal nothing to my step-dad who paid Would not be writting this comment...but owner called me(three and half weeks later) today because someone on the guest list wrote a letter about there disatisfaction and basically wanted me to call my entire guest list to pretty much tell them not to harrass Grill marks. She(the owner) has no tact and does not have one professional bone in her body if she must call to harrass costumer you have moved on and turned the page. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. NEXT TIME .... PARTHENON."
