Rock Climbing Rock climbing is so popular that several indoor climbing walls have opened up in the city. But you could also head to the mountains. There are hundreds of kilometres of public pathways are relatively flat and wind along the beautiful seawalls with their water and ocean view. Its probably as much fun to watch as play! Scenic runs are around Stanley Park and another hundred kilometres of public pathways in the region that are relatively flat and wind along the beautiful seawalls with their water and ocean view. When there's snow on the ground, try any of the larger city parks. Otherwise head up to Mount Seymour or Grouse Mountain. With their elevation, they get more snow, and it doesn't melt as fast providing more dependable skiing.
